Competitions

The office has participated and been successful in a number of architectural design competitions, including several design excellence competitions within the City of Sydney. We understand the specific requirements of the competition process and bring this project an innovative and creative approach. Key projects and competitions include:

> Parramatta Ideas Competition - an open design competition seeking ideas for the redevelopment and revitalization of the Parramatta River Foreshore adjacent the Riverside Theatre.

> 61 - 79 Quay Street Haymarket - a design excellence competition for a retail and commercial development held by NGI Investments Pty Ltd in late 2007.

> ANU Crawford School of Government - This competition for a new academic teaching and research building on the Acton Peninsula in Canberra was won in competition with 3 other highly regarded architectural practices. Tanner Kibble Denton Architects completed the project in 2009.

> Mudgee Library - A new library and civic facility in Mudgee. Tanner Kibble Architects were the winner of competition and have prepared a development application.

> Hickson Road Apartments for Delmo 2 Pty Ltd. - A design excellence competition. The urban design guidelines established in our competition entry were adopted by Lend Lease for the subsequent commercial development, 30 -38 The Bond

> Casella Estate - A winning competition entry for a new winery complex with cellar door and tasting room near Griffith.  In association with Luigi Roselli.
